NSF were onboarded by PCMC as sports consultants for the purpose of designing and developing sports facilities at multiple venues across Pimpri and Chinchwad and also to ensure the same were taken up by well reputed sports academies. This was in line with the PCMC vision to promote sports amongst children through provision of top quality sports facilities and good academies, facilitated by NSF. The sports facilities under development include one 400m athletic track, 7 tennis courts and 2 natural grass grounds amongst others

As advisors to the architectural teams of Mahindra Lifespaces, we have guided them to flesh out designs and approve them before construction. Our role included providing techno-commercial information that helped finalise design briefs for indoor and outdoor sports facilities at multiple projects across India.

Our role with Panchshil Developers has included working closely with various teams within their projects towards deciding on and developing the sports facilities for their multiple projects across Pune City. This association has culminated in NSF assisting Panchshil Developers in developing multiple indoor and outdoor sports facilities across their range of residential and commercial projects.

For multiple Gera projects in Goa and Pune, our role has been to provide detailed information related to sports infrastructure as well as brand visibility through associations with reputed sports entities with the objective of enhancing their project and brand value.

Across multiple commercial projects in Bengaluru, we have been assisting Embassy’s teams on developing sports facilities by providing detailed designs including DBRs and detailed drawings to their architects.

We worked with the Nucleus management team to provide design solutions and drawings to implement sports facilities at their office parks in Mumbai and Chennai. Our scope of work also included advising the NOP team on developing sports facilities best suited to parameters such demography and location.

Our scope comprised design and technical advisory where we provided a Design Basis Report (DBR), detailed drawings for various sports facilities planned at multiple levels of Jio World Centre and detailed technical information for developing indoor and outdoor sports facilities that met the highest quality benchmarks.

NSF’s involvement with KRC includes providing holistic sports infrastructure consultancy towards developing sports facilities at their commercial parks and residential projects in Maharashtra and Karnataka. Recently our scope has extended to developing sports facilities at their projects in Mumbai and Bangalore respectively.

Our team assisted the Sports Authority of Goa to develop multiple venues that were utilised for the National Games. We were also involved in sponsorship activities and advising the state on multiple aspects related to organising the event.

We were onboarded by Godrej and their partners to facilitate associations with reputed academies for their township in Pune. The scope included shortlisting academy options for tennis, football, basketball, swimming and other sports whereby the project and brand would benefit from the association with reputed academies. We also provided advisory services for developing tailor-made sports infrastructure suitable for the respective academies.

As sports consultants, our role includes working the architectural team to prepare detailed drawings for the multiple sports facilities planned at various Kolte Patil projects. Additionally, our services also include provision of techno-commercial details required to ensure development of best-in-class sports facilities and their utilisation and management through various sports-centric partnerships.
