FACILITY MANAGEMENT
RTSE was a project inspired by the teachings of Rabindranath Tagore, seeking to revolutionise education with a holistic approach incorporating training in arts, culture, and sports. NSF was engaged at the school campus in Pune with a vision of making RTSE a hub for sports development and coaching.
NSF helped the school onboard academies for six different sports. RTSE pupils could participate in multiple sports activities per week, thanks to NSF’s tailor-made in-school and after-school programmes. NSF also helped conduct and manage Sports Day at RTSE with exciting tournaments and events.
RTSE is now recognised as one of Pune’s top schools, noted for its 21st century state-of-the-art education programme.
Lodha’s Palava City at Dombivli, Mumbai features a sprawling Olympic Sports Complex. NSF was charged with the management of the Complex with 5 tennis courts, 6 squash courts, 3 badminton courts, and a 50m long swimming pool.
NSF secured associations for Palava City with various reputed academies, developing high-quality onboarding programs for five sports. NSF drove resident participation at the Complex by organizing bootcamps, tournaments, demo sessions with star athletes, and other community-based sports activities.
Additionally, a tie-up was established with Lodha World School providing in-school and after-school coaching programs for pupils.
